One accountable lead
One relationship, one lead engineer, and clear ownership from intake through resolution.
Custom Software Development
We build individual desktop and mobile applications, websites of any complexity, and AI agents that automate real work. One accountable engineering partner takes the project from idea to launch and support.
One System. Clear Ownership.
Most technology problems do not live in one product. They sit between people, permissions, devices, cloud services, vendors, and undocumented processes. We map those connections before recommending a fix.
The goal is practical: fewer recurring failures, less manual work, safer access, faster decisions, and an environment your team can understand and operate.
Every engagement is led by Gary Gray, a systems engineer with more than 25 years of hands-on experience and an Engineer’s Degree in Automation and Control Systems. You get senior judgment, documented decisions, and one accountable lead from discovery through launch.
Team & Coverage
IT Total Service is led by Gary Gray. Engineering resources, response targets, after-hours availability, and escalation paths are defined for each approved scope of work.
One relationship, one lead engineer, and clear ownership from intake through resolution.
Availability outside normal business hours is documented in the applicable service agreement.
Work is documented, access is scoped to the assigned task, and escalation rules are agreed with each client.
Response times, supported systems, and escalation rules are defined in each service agreement.
What we build
Tell us what should become easier for a customer or employee. We turn that need into a custom application, a connected website, or a controlled AI workflow.
Individual software for Windows, macOS, iPhone, iPad, Android, or several platforms—designed around your users, data, approvals, and daily work.
Explore custom software →Business websites, customer portals, dashboards, e-commerce, booking, and complex web systems—with AI integration when it improves a real customer or operational result.
Explore website development →Agents for email, documents, customer requests, accounting support, legal review support, tax preparation support, and internal operations—with human control where professional judgment matters.
See AI agents and pricing →Programs and working demos
The catalog starts with two finished programs and a family of focused AI agents. Public installers will appear only after signed release packages complete security checks.
A mobile reminder application for appointments and scheduled commitments.
An AI-assisted email client that analyzes messages and clearly labels phishing, fraud, spam, and other risk categories—even when a message imitates a trusted bank or company.
AI Receptionist, AI Accountant, AI Lawyer / Attorney, and AI Tax Assistant—with defined scope, source checks, escalation, and professional review where required.
Where AI Removes Real Work
We design focused agents around a real process, approved information, limited access, and a clear owner. Claude, ChatGPT, MCP, APIs, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace are tools in the solution—not the business case for it.
Turn a busy inbox into an organized, reviewable flow of work.
Turn files, forms, and policies into structured, traceable work.
Give routine internal requests a faster, more consistent first step.
Control is part of the design: approved data, least-privilege access, visible review steps, logs, and human approval before sensitive actions. Integrations can include Claude, ChatGPT, MCP, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and existing business systems.
Published AI Project Ranges
Assess one process, prove a focused workflow, or build an integrated production system. The ranges below help you decide whether the project fits before a sales call.
Essential AI assistant
One measurable workflow
Integrated production system
Multi-agent or high-security system
Typical one-time project ranges. Support, AI usage, telephony, and third-party licenses are priced separately and documented before launch.
See the Approach in Practice
Use the interactive prototype to see how an agent interprets a request, checks policy, and pauses for approval. The other cards show representative engineering patterns, not unverified client claims.
Designed and built by IT Total Service as an interactive demonstration on this website. The prototype accepts a sample business request, classifies the work and risk, checks approved context and policy, prepares bounded next steps, and stops at a human approval gate before any sensitive action.
It runs five sample scenarios: employee onboarding, client inquiry and RFP review, invoice review, access requests, and security alerts. No client data is used and no real system is changed. A production implementation can connect to approved email, documents, calendars, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other business systems.
View the prototype →Design a focused agent around approved knowledge, clear permissions, connected workflow tools, human review, and traceable exceptions—so automation reduces work without creating uncontrolled risk.
Map the Work dependencies, stabilize recurring failures, modernize identity, endpoints, cloud, networks, backup, and recovery, then document the environment so it can be operated confidently.
Standardize access, devices, connectivity, shared systems, security controls, and support procedures across locations—replacing disconnected islands with one manageable operating model.
How the Work Moves Forward
Choose the outcome, owner, constraints, risk, urgency, and measurable definition of success.
Document the people, steps, systems, data, permissions, exceptions, and root causes involved.
Implement the smallest complete solution, test normal and failure paths, and document how it works.
Train the owner, monitor results, control changes, and expand only where the evidence supports it.
Discuss Your Application
Describe the problem, who owns it, what systems are involved, and what a good result would look like. We will recommend a practical next step: an assessment, focused project, managed IT engagement, or AI workflow pilot.
