What is included in managed IT services?
The exact scope is defined for each engagement. It can include user and access administration, Windows and macOS endpoints, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, networks, backup and recovery readiness, vendor coordination, support, security baseline, documentation, lifecycle planning, and selected projects.
Can you work with our existing IT person or internal team?
Yes. In a co-managed model, responsibilities and escalation paths are divided explicitly. IT Total Service can own selected platforms, provide senior engineering support, deliver projects, improve documentation, or cover operational gaps without displacing internal knowledge.
Do you support both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365?
Yes. We can administer users, licenses, email and collaboration settings, shared resources, access controls, migrations, security choices, and vendor escalation for either platform. Scope depends on the environment and the features the business actually uses.
Do you manage both Windows and macOS devices?
Yes. A managed environment can include Windows and macOS standards, setup, inventory, updates, encryption, endpoint policy, software lifecycle, troubleshooting, replacement planning, and secure retirement.
How does onboarding into managed IT work?
We begin with discovery and a baseline: people, devices, accounts, platforms, vendors, dependencies, recurring problems, recovery paths, and documentation. Urgent risks are stabilized first, then standards, ownership, service coverage, and priorities are agreed in writing.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
Coverage, response targets, after-hours availability, and escalation rules are defined in the service agreement. We do not claim staffed 24/7 coverage unless that capability is explicitly included and operationally supported for the engagement.
